Our specialty is the manufacturer of bespoke swimsuits tailored to customer specifications.
Using special Italian and Japanese machines, we ensure perfect fit and support, eliminating problems such as puncturing wires or bending straps.
We assemble bulk orders using a tried and tested method, closely following your original handover and notes to ensure stitching is consistent throughout the entire process.
Bulk POs using in-stock colors are usually shipped within one month of receiving deposit.
If imported fabrics are needed, the period may be extended.
MOQ
Our low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of three pieces per size and color, 50 pieces per style and 500 pieces per Order is a promising start for every new brand.
A typical example would be a set of five bikinis in four colors, with three pieces per size and color and 50 pieces per design.
A bulk order of less than 500 pieces will never allow enough flexibility in terms of style, color and size.

Note. An order of 500 units from us means purchasing only 250 units from other swimming suppliers in Istanbul.
NOTE: It is of course possible to produce fewer swimsuits, but in small quantities, unit prices will be higher due to color, accessories and similar factors.
Special Accessories and Branding
All swimsuits have hot stamping on the inside back of each product, branding inside the hygienic linings, metal bikini buckle etc. There are special markings such as.

We require your artwork to be in high resolution vector format (EPS, PDF, CDR or JPEG) to add your custom brand name.

Colors and Prints
We have Istanbul's largest stocks of imported fabrics, with XX recycled trend color options to choose from.
Having a good selection of colors ready to be cut on demand will ensure your orders go smoothly until your order ships.
If the color you like is not available in our stock, we import it in 70-meter batches (rolls).
Prints are digitally processed using recycled nylon using Specialty printing machines, providing superior color richness and durability.
Our colors never fade and always maintain their new appearance.

Bulk Purchase Orders (POs)
It's easy to start a bulk PO if you're working on approved samples or our ready-to-order designs.
Simply fill out our bulk order form, specifying the required quantities according to fabric color, print and size.
If you are undecided about fabric options, we price using Turkish, Italian Vita and American REPREVE® fabrics, which are the most selected fabrics in production orders.
After completing the details, you will receive an invoice with a 60% down payment requirement to start production.

Quality Control, Packaging and DHL
Every order is subjected to strict quality control (QC), no loose threads, minor defects etc. is controlled and dimensional accuracy is ensured.
Each product is barcoded, labeled and packaged in biodegradable bags.
Only after the QC responsible for your order gives approval, the products are packed into boxes and ready to be received by DHL.
