We use state-of-the-art machines to digitally print on Istanbul Mayo Italian and Turkish fabrics as well as super soft recycled Nylon from REPREVE® from the USA. Digital printing absorbs dyes into the fabric, ensuring your designs have a fresh and always new look.
Unlike other swimsuit manufacturers that use sublimation machines to heat print designs onto Polyester, our digital printing technique offers a softer touch, better stretch and avoids the plasticy polyester feel.
Sublimation printing is more suitable for very bright neon colors. Request digital for an organic look.

We offer digital printing on REPREVE®, a super soft recycled fabric from Istanbul Mayo, USA, at a lower cost than other swimsuit manufacturers that use sublimation printing on recycled Polyester.
Digital printing on nylon provides realistic prints and superior bodybuilding properties compared to polyester prints.
Whether you have your own motifs or buy them online, our prices include all fabric and printing costs.
Sample meters are available in 2 meter sections and bulk orders start from 70 metres.

We offer local sublimation printing on Istanbul'd Polyester for fast turnaround times. This process, often called digital sublimation, has nothing to do with digital printing. This is a process of heat pressing your motifs onto fabrics, ideal for bright or neon colours.ü
Printing requires only a few days with no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Special Editions
Creating custom prints can be expensive and time-consuming; Good graphic skills or hiring a designer is required.
If you have a custom print, send your image in vector format such as EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG or Ai, at 300 dpi resolution, reproducible and to scale.
Share your files with us if you encounter any problems; Our graphics team will assist you, usually free of charge.

Choosing a print or two ready-made motifs online is cost-effective and time-saving. Websites like Shutterstock.com offer a wide variety of prints that can be purchased for a few dollars.
